Buruwisan Reflections

Call it "addiction" or "passion". I went back to Romelo after being there just two weeks before. Our Pulag trek was cancelled due to the weather but some of my friends and I decided not to let this weekend pass by without a trek somewhere.

It has been raining so the weather is much more suitable for shooting waterfalls, and the only place I could think of that is near Manila and has a number of easily accessible waterfalls is Mt. Romelo.

We started to trek at around 5:00 in the morning. Trail was muddier than the last time I was there (with another group), no thanks to the horses trudging up and down the trails to ferry just about anything.

Here are some of my shots during that weekend:

  2. actually hinde naman sayang, yung mga umakyat inulan sa campsite and nobody was able to summit. It was a wise decision on our part to cancel our trip. otherwise mas sayang kung nandun ka at hinde naman makapagshoot or maka akyat sa summit :)
