We may not always get the weather we wish for, but come to think of it, is there really a perfect weather for taking photos?
There I was one morning in a sleepy town of Manjuyod in the province of Negros Oriental. After a sunless sunrise, I resigned myself to bumming the morning out with a cup of hot coffee. But then I remembered something a friend told me: "Just take plenty of photos!".
It may not be the sunny beach weather I was hoping for, but in front of me was a surreal scenery. It seems that everything stood still: no wind, lingering fog and clouds, a drizzle that made everything looked soft and fuzzy. Its not sunny-perfect, but perfect for something else: monochromatic images. Overexposed by a few stops and I got myself some high key images.
So you see, every weather is a perfect weather if you look at it from another perspective. Enjoy the rest:
